We offer a variety of fitness classes every week to help tone and strengthen your body. Push yourself while being encouraged by trained coaches that help you reach your fitness goals. FULL BODY
A full-body workout is a comprehensive fitness routine designed to engage all major muscle groups in a single session. It typically combines exercises that target the upper body, lower body, and core, promoting overall strength, endurance, and balance. These workouts often include a mix of compound movements—such as squats, push-ups, deadlifts, and rows—which engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously for maximum efficiency.
The goal of a full-body workout is to achieve a balanced approach to fitness, enhancing muscle coordination, improving cardiovascular health, and building functional strength. It is versatile, suitable for various fitness levels, and can be performed with body weight, free weights, machines, or resistance bands. TABATA
High intensity interval training (HIT) workout. Each exercise is performed in
four minute increments. Six total cycles include: warm-up, arms, core, back/shoulders, and a cool down. Recommended for all fitness levels.

UPPER BODY
An upper-body workout focuses on strengthening and toning the muscles of the chest, back, shoulders, arms, and core through exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, shoulder presses, and bicep curls.

LOWER BODY
A lower-body workout targets the muscles of the legs and glutes, including the quads, hamstrings, calves, and gluteal muscles, through exercises like squats, lunges, deadlifts, and calf raises.

BOXING
A boxing class combines cardio, strength, and technique, teaching punches, footwork, and defensive moves while incorporating high-energy drills like bag work, shadowboxing, and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout.

Escalon's Premier Pilates Studio. Our enthusiastic trainers are motivated to help you become stronger, more flexible, and balanced with an overall sense of well-being. We offer group classes as well as private and semi-private sessions.

PILATES
Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. The exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements. Benefits include improved posture, balance, muscle tone & alignment and improved bone density. Pilates targets the "powerhouse" muscles- glutes, hips, pelvic floor and lower back. We use Reformer, Chair and Tower apparatuses that are spring-loaded apparatus' and allow for a full range of motion. We offer a variety of Pilates classes at the Studio, including:
